Batch Setup

Using this tab would help you in creation of new batches, manage existing batches & manage student progress of teaching material along with their online exercise status.
Let us see the list of actions that can be performed.

Institution Schedule will give you the option to view the entire schedule for the Institute where you will also get the option to change the branch to check the schedule for other branches along with the option to view the schedule Daily, Weekly or Monthly (By default it would be monthly).

My Schedule option will give the detailed view of your schedule for that particular month option to change the month is provided along with it.

Creation of New Batch:

  1. Click on Batches to view the batches scheduled already for your academy.
  2. You will also be able to see the entire Institution schedule or a schedule for that particular profile. 
  3. Click on ‘+Add New Batch’ to create a new batch as show in the screenshot below.

  1. Once you click on it you will get a new pop-up which will give you options to enter the details of the batch and to map to the course package for the required course. 

  1. Fill in the details as mentioned below.






Mention the Branch for which you want to create this batch for.

Course Package


Mention the package that should be associated with this Batch.

Batch Name


Mention the name that should be assigned to this batch.

Attached Courses


Mention the courses from the particular package that should be added to this batch.

Primary Tutor


Assign the teacher for the particular course.

Is Virtual Class?


Select this tab to mark this class as Live class.

Batch Manager


Select the person who will be managing the batch.

Attendance Setting


Select whether the attendance shall be taken for each class or whether Common attendance will be taken for all classes scheduled in a day(for various subjects under this batch).

Start Date


Mention the start Date for this particular Batch.

End Date


Mention the last date for this particular batch.


  1. Click on Create to get the batch created.
  2. A new page which requires the timings of the batches opens up.





Change Start Date


Specify the date from which you want to edit the schedule

Change End Date


Specify the date to which you want to edit the schedule



Mention the day for which you want to schedule the classes.



Mention the subject you want to add for the particular day.

Start Time (HH:MM)


Mention the start time for the class under the format of HH:MM

End Time (HH:MM)


Mention the end time for the class under the format HH:MM

Add Day


A class can be scheduled more than once for a particular day using this option.

  1. Click on Save Timings to update it.
  2. A calendar opens up which will specify the date and timings of the batch.
  3. Click on Create/ Update once all the details in all of the tabs have been filled as per requirement. 

In case there are 2-3 courses in a particular course package (bundle) you can choose the timings for the different curriculum by clicking on Edit option to get the batch Timings where you can change the Subject, Days, Timings and the Faculty who would be handling it.


Advanced Settings


  1. This option gives you the option to limit the access of the faculty handling the subject and also the payment for the faculty.




Assigned Teacher

Displays the name of the teacher assigned to the particular batch

Payment Setting

1)Use Default setting i.e the one which was set while Adding tutors

2)Use a custom setting i.e edit the payment for the tutor for this particular batch.

Payment Scheme

If custom setting enabled, select

1) Pay per hour

2) Pay per class

3) Pay per month

Teacher fees(per hour)

Mention the amount to be paid per hour to the teacher.

Edit Class Time

Give access to the teacher to edit the class time by checking the box.

Edit Class Date

Give access to the teacher to edit the class date by checking the box.


  1.       Click on Save to get the same updated.


Existing Batch:

This will guide you in managing of existing batches created for online courses or if you wish to edit a newly created batch.
  1. Go to the Batches section and click on the drop-down present on the right for the particular batch
  2. Select Edit Details. Edit the details as per your requirements and click on update. 
  3. You will also get the option to Clone the batch to a different date as per requirement but with the same class timings and teachers or if you wish you have the option to edit it at that time frame. 
  4. You have the options to mark it as Complete, Edit the details or Remove the batch
  5. To check the available Edit options Click Here
  6. You will also be able to Clone the batches if you wish to create a new batch with certain changes. Using the Clone option will get a new batch creation modal with the exact options selected from the batch it is cloned. Options such as the following would be cloned:
    1. Branch (center)
    2. Course Package
    3. Batch Name
    4. Attached Courses
    5. Primary Tutor, Subject Name, Virtual Class
    6. Batch Manager


You will not be able to able to perform the following action on batches which has the following options
>>If the Batch has the tag of Online Only, for those batches admin wouldn't be able to Mark it as Completed or Archive the batch
