We allow our
clients with Hybrid or Growth plan to use Edmingle’s payment
gateway to collect the payments from the end users when they subscribe to the
courses provided on the client’s website (provided by Edmingle).
In order to
use the payment gateway, we request you to update your bank details in the admin
panel by following the below steps.
- Login
into your admin panel like yourcompanyname.edmingle.com.
- Click
on Settings (available at the left
hand-side bottom).
- Click
on Integration.
- On
the Payment Gateway tab, click on Configure option available for Edmingle Payment
Gateway (Powered by Razorpay).
- A pop-up screen which will require the following details:
- Account
Holder – Name of the account holder.
- Email – Email of the account holder.
- Business
Name – This is your legal entity name.
- Business
Type - Mention the business type here like Private Limited, Partnership, Proprietorship, etc.
- Account
Number
- Bank
IFSC
- Beneficiary
Name – This is the account holder’s name as per the passbook.
- Click
on Save and Activate after adding
all the above details.
This completes the Edmingle Payment Gateway setup process.
Note: We
levy 2.9% transaction fees (per transaction) done through our payment gateway
and the remainder will be transferred to your given bank account. This
is in addition to the transaction charges deducted by Razorpay.
So, please refer to Razorpay transaction settlement charges for your reference.
Also, the settlement from Edmingle account to
your account will happen in minimum 2-3 business days.
