Getting Started with Edmingle: What You Need to Know?

Welcome to Edmingle! Before you start using the platform, there are a few important things you need to have ready. Getting started with Edmingle means understanding its core features and setup requirements to ensure a smooth and productive experience. Knowing these essentials upfront helps you navigate the platform confidently.

Moreover, it also helps to avoid common pitfalls and make the most of its powerful tools for collaboration and learning. This introduction will guide you through what you need to prepare, so you can hit the ground running and unlock Edmingle’s full potential from day one.

Through this documentation, you’ll learn what you need to know before getting started with Edmingle.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Find Your Edmingle URL

Your Edmingle URL is the website address you will use to log in and manage your courses. It usually looks like this YourAcademyName.edmingle.com. You should have received this URL in one of these ways:
  • In the welcome email sent to you when your trial account was created

  • From your Growth Executive, the person who helped you join Edmingle

  • In the Sales Order or Agreement you got when signing up

NotesIf you don’t know your Edmingle URL, just ask your Growth Executive or send an email to support@edmingle.com. They will help you find it.

Step 2: Website Logo and Brand Settings

Keep your website logo, favicon, and brand colors ready for a quick and seamless platform setup. These assets help apply your academy’s visual identity across your Edmingle site.

Step 3: Website Hosting Account Access

If you want to customize your Edmingle site more (like using your website address or adding special features), you will need to share your website hosting account details. This lets the team set up your site the way you want it. If you’re not sure about this or need help, your Growth Executive can explain what you need to do.

Step 4: Bank Account Details

To collect payments from your learners, you need to provide your bank account information. This makes sure the money you earn goes directly to your account safely and on time. Having your bank details ready will make setting up payments easier. If you need help with this, your Growth Executive can guide you.
