Adding or removing referral credits from a learner's profile lets you adjust the rewards they receive for referring others. This ensures that the referral system remains fair and gives learners recognition for their efforts. Managing these credits keeps the reward process clear and easy to follow.

Take reference from the table to understand the “Referrals” section better.
You can update referral points if you need to make changes to the points a learner has earned through referrals. This may be necessary if there were mistakes in the points given or if the rules for earning points change. Making sure the referral points are correct helps keep the system fair and accurate.

Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently update referral points in your organization’s learning platform.
Step 1: Click on the “Edit” icon.
Step 2: Add or remove the credits and click on the “Update” option. You can add the credits by simply entering the number of credits. Otherwise, you can remove the credits by placing the hyphen ( - ) before entering the number of credits you want to remove.
Step 3: After clicking on the “Update” option, a success message will appear at the top of the screen. Also, a new transaction is listed below, as you can see in the image.
