On the other hand, credits may need to be removed if someone breaks the rules, cheats, or if there's a need to adjust the account for any other reason. Properly managing these credits ensures that the system remains fair and trustworthy for all learners. By handling referral credits carefully, we can keep the program balanced and motivating for everyone.

Adding/Removing Referral Credits

Adding or removing referral credits from a learner's profile lets you adjust the rewards they receive for referring others. This ensures that the referral system remains fair and gives learners recognition for their efforts. Managing these credits keeps the reward process clear and easy to follow.

Referral Code

The unique referral code is associated with the learners, so that they can use it to refer more learners.

Wallet Balance

The current balance in the learner's wallet.

Edit” Icon

Click this icon to edit the referral details or wallet balance.

The serial number for each entry in the referral list.

Date

The date when the transaction or referral was made.

Description

A brief description of the referral or transaction activity.

Amount

The amount associated with the referral transaction (either credited or debited).

Credit Balance

The updated balance is after adding or subtracting from the wallet.



Note: Referring more learners to the platforms allows the current learners to earn referral points.


Update Referral Points

You can update referral points if you need to make changes to the points a learner has earned through referrals. This may be necessary if there were mistakes in the points given or if the rules for earning points change. Making sure the referral points are correct helps keep the system fair and accurate.

Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently update referral points in your organization’s learning platform.


Step 1: Click on the “Edit” icon.



Step 2: Add or remove the credits and click on the “Update” option. You can add the credits by simply entering the number of credits. Otherwise, you can remove the credits by placing the hyphen ( - ) before entering the number of credits you want to remove.



Step 3: After clicking on the “Update” option, a success message will appear at the top of the screen. Also, a new transaction is listed below, as you can see in the image.
