Archiving a batch for a course helps you keep your course list clean and easy to manage. When a course is finished, you can archive its batch to remove it from the active list without losing any important information. All the student progress, assignments, and messages will still be saved.
This way, you can look back at the batch anytime without making changes to it. Archiving also stops students from joining or editing a batch that has already ended. It’s a helpful way to stay organized and keep your course dashboard clear. In this guide, you’ll learn step-by-step how to archive a batch simply and safely.
Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Click on the ellipsis sign (...) at the end of a batch, then click on the “Archive” option.
Step 2: Click on the “Proceed” button to confirm that you want to archive this batch.
Step 3: Once you've archived a particular batch for the curriculum, it's ready for use. For more information, please refer to the “How to Add a Batch to the Course?” document.
