Click on Users >> New Admission
A form opens up requiring the basic details for the particular student.
Mention the academic year running for which you want the student to be enrolled.
Date Of Joining
Mention the date on which the student took his/her admission to your institute
Select which branch you want your student to be admitted, if you have multiple branches present.
Mention the package the student has opted for.
Student Mobile Number / Email
Mention the contact number or the email id of the student.
Mention the name of the student.
Mention the mail id of the student.
Date of Birth
Mention the Date of Birth of the student under the format of dd/mm/yyyy.
Select the gender of the student.
Mention any Alternate Contact number if present.
Mention the Address of the student.
Mention the Area where the student resides.
Mention the School or college name of the student.
Mention the name of student’s parent
Mention the Mail_id of student’s parent
Parent Contact No.
Mention the contact number of the parent.
Mention the source through which the student got admitted to your institute.
Select the fees scheme you have created under fees template for the student.
Fees & Installments
you need to mention if the fees to be collected is in installments, you
may add the same by clicking on the ADD NEW INSTALLMENT.
the student is liable for any discounts, you may mention the % here and
click on Apply Discount which will further be reflected at the total
You may also mention the amount by clicking on the Rupee sign present in the drop down button.
the student has applied through any promo code, you may mention the
same here.The Student can also enter Unique Code(which is applicable

will display the Fees and the discount applied if any and will finally
update the Total amount, the student is liable to pay.
This is basically for other fee which does not include with the package, for example: registration fee.
You may enter any specific notes for the student
You may select for which batch would you like the student to be admitted to.
(No batches selected. If you do not have batches information ready, you can assign batches later.)
Finally click on the Enroll Now button present, to get the data saved
and updated, if you have the fee already collected on behalf of the
student’s side, you may click on Enroll & Record Payment.
Note: If the student has and email address included only then would they receive their login details such as username and password. Otherwise it has to be provided manually.
