Submissions Tab

Submissions Tab

Overview

Managing assessments across various courses and batches can be a daunting task, especially when dealing with a large volume of submissions. To streamline this process, we have introduced a new feature: Submissions. By providing a dedicated page within the admin portal, this feature offers a centralized hub for overseeing all submitted assessments.

How it helps

  1. Effortless Oversight: With the Submissions Tab, administrators can seamlessly monitor assessments across courses and batches. It eliminates the need for cumbersome clicks to reach specific assessments, which is especially crucial in scenarios with a high number of live courses.

  2. Categorized Viewing: The page organizes all submissions into three tabs: "Not Evaluated," "Evaluated," and "All Submissions” and shows all the submissions pending evaluation as the default view.

  3. Powerful Search and Filter Options: You can filter the submissions based on learner details, assessment types, courses, batches, tutors, and more.

Accessing the Submissions Tab

To access the Submissions Tab, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the Admin portal.
  2. Look for the sidebar menu on the left and click on the "Submissions" option.
  3. Click on the View Submissions button
  4. A new window will open up with all the submissions listed

Here’s what you will see on the page:

The page will have 3 primary tabs:
  1. Not Evaluated: Displays assessments that have not been evaluated yet.
  2. Evaluated: Shows assessments that have been reviewed and evaluated.
  3. All Submissions: Provides a comprehensive list of all submitted assessments.

Searching and Filtering

The Submissions Tab offers powerful search and filter options:
  1. Search Parameters: You can search the table using learner name, learner number, or learner email. The search is live and updates as you type.
  2. Filters: Filters are available on the right side of the header. They allow you to narrow down assessments by courses, batches, assessment names, tutor, assessment type, and date range.

Reviewing Assessments

To review an assessment:

  1. Click the "Review" button located on the right-most column of the tabe with the column name as Review
  2. The assessment for review will open up on a new tab.
  3. Once reviewed, close the tab, and the table will refresh the submissions.
  4. The reviewed submission will be removed from the Unevaluated tab and will be shown under the Evaluated tab.
