Teacher Account Usage

Options available in the teacher accounts are as follows:

1. Dashboard

On the dashboard teachers would find the option to view the following:
  1. Sign In: to start the live class
  2. List of classes under Today's classes ( Online & Offline)
  3. Refresh to change status of the day
  4. Today's Schedule to view the day's schedule
  5. Option to change the date and view the classes for that day.
  6. View the Messages sent by the students to communicate with her.




2. Batches:

The following options will be visible in the Batches tab found on the teacher's login.
  1. To view the active batches, completed batches & archived batches of the courses assigned to the tutor.
  2. Will be able to view My Schedule for all the courses and the classes assigned & Scheduled for that particular.
  3. The teacher will also be able to Add a new batch  for all the courses for which they're made as the primary tutor.
  4. The Teacher will be able to edit the schedule only if the permission has been given by the Super Admin while creating the batch.




Discussions:

  1. In this tab the teacher will be able to view the discussions her batch members have had for any teaching material and can also be used as a internal  forum of communication with the tutors handling the class.

Exam & Tests:

  1. To view & create any offline tests for students enrolled in their batch.

Settings:

  1. To make any changes to the profile of the particular teacher and update their details.


Batches Usage & settings:

  1. To add any content for the courses assigned to the tutor or to create any online exercise & assignments to the students of their batch.
  2. Go to Batches>> Click on the batch name you would see the page open.


  1. In the new page the teacher would be able to create any extra class (if the permission has been provided by the super admin while creating a batch), click on Action >> Add extra class . They will also be able to view the batches schedule.
  2. The following Tabs can be viewed
    1. Students & Attendance: View the class wise attendance and the overall course completion by each student
    2. Examinations: To view the list of examinations listed for the students of their batch
    3. Progress Report: To view the completion status of their students as on the course content & Assessments of their students individually but only for the course for which they're primary tutor. 

To add course content:

  1. On the top left hand side they will be able to view the courses listed and they will be able to add the course content for the courses for which they're the primary tutor.
  2. Click on the course and they will be inside the course content page where they will able to create sections and add contents to it.
  3. The teacher will also be able to create online assessments for which question bank can be created or selected from the list of question banks uploaded on the super admin account.
