Overview:

This section will provide you with unique codes that can be used by the students while taking admission or by signing up and enrolling in a package. This will generate random codes which can be provided to the students and is applicable only once.


Procedure:



  1. Select the Sales --> Promo Codes. Change the Drop down from Promo code to Unique Code as shown in the image above

  2. Click on Promo Codes option.

  3. Click on Add Promo.

Description

Code Type

Select Unique Code option

Code Prefix

Mention the prefix using which the code will be generated.

No. of Codes

Mention the amount of codes that should be generated.

Description

Mention the description for the code.

Discount(%)

Mention the Discount that can be availed using this feature.

Max.Discount amount

Mention the maximum allowed discount using the code.

Start Date

Mention the start date for the code.

Expiry Date

Mention the Expiry Date for the code.

Select Package

Select the package for which this code will be available.

Select

Mention in the drop down option for which branch this applicable.

  1. Click on Create to get the same updated.
