How to Integrate WhatsApp Messaging with Edmingle?
Enable seamless communication with your learners by integrating WhatsApp directly into your Edmingle account using AiSensy. This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process to get started. Every WhatsApp notification that is sent from the platform needs to have a template verified on AiSensy.
A platform fee of 5 paise will be incurred for each WhatsApp notification sent from Edmingle.
PrerequisitesYou must have an AiSensy Pro Plan. Note: Lower-tier plans (Starter, Basic) are not supported for integration with Edmingle.
Ensure you have access to:
Your AiSensy account
Your Edmingle admin dashboard
Your AiSensy SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for obtaining credentials needed for the integration
Step-by-Step Setup
Create Templates on AiSensy
Login to your AiSensy dashboard
Navigate to the “Templates” section under the Manage option on the left-hand sidebar
Create the templates for the notifications you want to send (e.g., Enrollment Confirmation, Payment Receipt, Course Completion, etc.). Template verification generally takes 1-2 minutes on AiSensy.
Here is a list of suggested templates you can use for each of the system notifications. You’re free to customize or add your own as well:
