You will need to fill in the following details:
Your Name
Email Address
Edmingle LMS URL (e.g., youracademy.edmingle.com)
To find your LMS URL:
Log in as Super Admin
Go to Settings β Website & App Setup β Website
Copy the Website URL as shown in the LMS
Fill out the following in the form:
Application Name
This name will appear on the Google Play Store (e.g., βABC Academyβ).
Google Play Console Developer Name
You can find this by:
Logging into Google Play Console
Navigating to Developer Page from the left sidebar
Are you updating an existing app?
Check the box if this application is an update to an already published app.
Upload your Academy Logo
Upload in high-resolution format (PNG preferred, under 1MB).
Admin access is mandatory.
After filling out the form, you must provide Admin-level access to your Google Play Developer Account by inviting:

Complete and submit the Android Application Deployment Form.
Ensure all fields are accurate and the logo is uploaded.
Provide admin access to appstore@edmingle.com.
Wait for a confirmation from the Edmingle team regarding your app status.
