Managing testimonials within your platform helps you showcase authentic feedback from learners, educators, or partners, adding credibility and trust to your institution. Well-organized testimonials not only highlight positive experiences but also influence prospective learners in their decision-making process. By effectively managing testimonials, you can maintain a professional brand image while ensuring that only relevant and impactful feedback is displayed. This guide will walk you through the steps to create, edit, and manage testimonials seamlessly.
Let’s get started 🚀
To access the Testimonials in LMS, Go to Settings and click Testimonials.
The Testimonials section allows you to create, edit, and publish learner feedback directly on your platform. Testimonials highlight learner experiences and can be managed efficiently through this interface.
The list view displays all testimonials along with their details:

Name – Name of the learner or reviewer.
Type – Type of course or program associated with the testimonial.
Rating – Star rating provided by the learner.

You can also use the Search bar at the top right to quickly find specific testimonials by name or keyword.
Publish – To make a testimonial visible on your platform, click the 3-dot action menu and select Publish.
Edit – To update testimonial details, click Edit from the 3-dot action menu.
Unpublish – Unpublished testimonials will remain saved in the system but will not be displayed publicly.
Testimonials such as those by Ashutosh Tripathy, Kunal, and Nikhil Dutt are currently Published and visible on the platform.
Testimonials by Harshit Sharaf, Atul Tiwari, Prashant workshop 2, and Vel are currently Unpublished, awaiting review or approval.
This centralised view helps administrators maintain control over which learner experiences are showcased, ensuring only relevant and high-quality feedback is shared.
The Add New Testimonial feature allows administrators to collect and display feedback from learners, whether they are registered on the platform or external users. Testimonials can be associated with an overall learning experience or linked to a specific course.
When creating a new testimonial, you will first need to select the User Type:
Guest User – Add a testimonial for a learner who is not registered on the platform.
Registered Learner – Select from existing learners already registered on the platform.
You will also need to choose the Testimonial Type:
Overview – A general testimonial about the overall learning experience.
Course – A testimonial specific to a particular course.
Fill in the following mandatory details:
Learner Name – Enter the learner’s full name (up to 50 characters).
Email Address – Provide the learner’s valid email address.
Mobile Number – Enter the learner’s contact number for verification and records.
After filling in the details, click Proceed to move forward with adding the testimonial.
In the screenshot:
The Guest User option is selected, meaning the testimonial is being added for someone not registered on the platform.
The administrator is required to provide the Learner Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number before proceeding.
This ensures that testimonials can be collected seamlessly from both registered learners and external participants, maintaining flexibility in capturing feedback.
