How to Mark a Batch as Active – Enable Learner Access & Start Course Activities

How to mark a batch as active?

Marking a batch as active is an important step to start your classes on the online learning platform. Once a batch is marked active, students can see their courses, access learning materials, and receive important updates. Teachers can also begin tracking student progress, taking attendance, and sharing assignments.

If the batch is not active, many of these features will not work, and students may face issues using the platform. Activating the batch helps everything run smoothly and makes sure both students and teachers are ready to begin. It also helps the system know that the batch is now live and should be included in reports and schedules.

InfoThrough this documentation, we will guide you on how you can mark a batch as active in the curriculum of your organization’s learning platform.

Mark a Batch as Active

Marking a batch as active means telling the system which group of students is currently learning. When a batch is active, students in that group can access their courses, take tests, and get important updates. This helps teachers manage classes better and makes sure students don’t miss anything important.

AlertCarefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently mark a batch as active in your organization’s learning platform.

Step 1: Choose the “Completed Batches” section from the Batches filter.

Step 2: Click on the ellipsis icon next to the batch you want to activate and click on the “Activate Batch” option.

Step 3: Once you've marked a batch as active, it is automatically transferred to the “Active Batches” section.
