Once you’ve created the basic test details, move to Step 2: Add Question Bank.
Click + Add New Question Bank to add a question bank to a section.
Multiple question banks can be added to the same section.
Example in the screenshot:
Part A includes 3 question banks:
DDFPGA | MCQs

Step 2: Configure Section Settings
Click on Section Settings to adjust parameters at the section level.
Once done, click Save Settings.
Step 3: Configure Question Bank Settings
For each question bank added, click Question Bank Settings to control how questions are picked.
In Automatically (Random) mode, you can specify:
Use all questions – The test will include every question from the bank.
Use a subset – Choose a specific number of random questions (e.g., 5 out of 20).
Simply select the desired count from the dropdown.
Randomization
If you select Automatically (Random) and "Use all," the platform will randomly shuffle the order of the questions for each learner.
Partial Selection
If you choose Automatically (Random) but select a specific number (e.g., 10), the system will randomly pick 10 questions from the bank for each attempt.
Manual Selection
If you select Manually, you’ll be able to pick specific questions from the question bank to include in the test.
Step 4: Save and Continue
After setting up each section and question bank:
Click Save and Continue to proceed to the next steps of test creation.
Prevent malpractices – Each learner gets a unique set of questions.
Customised assessments – Control the difficulty and focus areas.
Balanced testing – Ensure diverse coverage of topics using randomization.
