Adding Audio File

Adding audio files to your curriculum helps learners understand better by listening instead of just reading. It makes learning easier for everyone and allows studying anytime, anywhere for more flexibility.

Carefully follow the instructions below to learn how you can efficiently add an audio file to the curriculum.


Step 1: After adding curriculum to your course in the β€œCourse” section, click on the β€œ+ Add Material” button, select the β€œAudio” icon, choose the β€œContinue” icon, fill in the fields, and click on the β€œAdd Material” option.



Step 2: Click the "Add Material" button. While uploading a video, you'll need to fill in important details as illustrated in the table below.

A mandatory field to input the name of the audio file (maximum 100 characters).

An optional field to provide additional details about the Audio File.

A mandatory field to upload the audio file in .mp3 or .wav format (maximum file size: 100 MB).

A dropdown menu to set the number of times the Audio File can be viewed (default: Unlimited).

The checkbox option to mark the Audio File as a prerequisite for accessing other content.

Step 3: Once you've added an audio file to your curriculum, it's ready for use. You can manage it anytime using the three-dot menu, which provides options to preview, edit details, publish/unpublish, enable a free preview, set prerequisites, download, or delete the Audio File.
