Adding tests to the curriculum is an important way to make learning better. Tests show how well learners understand what they have learned and help find areas where they need more help. When trainers include regular tests, they can see how learners are doing and change their teaching to fit each learnerβs needs.
Tests also help learners stay active in their learning and build skills like thinking carefully and solving problems. By having tests in the curriculum, schools can keep track of learning progress and improve how teaching is done over time.
Through this documentation, we will guide you on how you can add tests to the curriculum, making it easier for all learners to access and stay engaged.
Letβs get started π
Before proceeding, please read the βHow to Add Curriculumβ document. It provides the necessary steps for setting up your course structure, which is required before adding the test.
Creating a test involves adding Basic Test Data by filling in the required details in the Add Basic Test Data section of the modal window. This feature helps you quickly generate sample test content, streamlining test creation.
Carefully follow the instructions below to learn how you can efficiently add tests to the curriculum.
Step 1: Switch to the βTestsβ tab at the top-left corner of the screen, then click on the β+ Add Testβ button to start creating a new test for your curriculum. An Add Test window will appear, prompting you to fill in essential details.
Step 2: While creating a test, you'll need to fill in important details as illustrated in the table below. After entering the details, click on the βCreate and Continueβ button to proceed.

After adding the Basic Test Data, the platform automatically redirects you to add the Question Bank so that you can create the questions for the tests.
Making a question bank in the curriculum helps trainers get ready for tests by collecting different types of questions that match what learners need to learn. This makes it simple for trainers to create tests, cover all important topics, and keep track of how learners are doing. In the end, it helps trainers teach better and helps learners learn effectively.
