Before proceeding, please read the “How to Add a Batch to the Curriculum?” document. It provides the necessary steps for setting up your course structure, which is required before adding a batch.
A Batch is a group of learners who join the same course at the same time. By going to the Learners section in a Batch, teachers can easily keep track of everyone’s progress, manage the group, and stay in touch with all learners.
Carefully follow the instructions below to navigate to the “Learners” section in your organization’s learning platform.
Step 1: Navigate to the left sidebar of your learning platform, click on the “Users” dropdown to expand it, then select the “Learners” option.
Step 2: After clicking on the “Learners” option, a window will open on the screen (as shown in the image below) that showcases a list of all the learners.
Adding a learner to a batch in the online learning platform helps you enroll them into a specific course group. This makes it simple to keep track of their learning progress. It further helps manage the number of learners in each batch and keeps everything organized.
Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently add a learner to the batch in your organization’s online learning platform.
Step 1: Click on the “Actions” dropdown and click on the “Add Learners” option.
Step 2: Choose the learners by clicking on the checkboxes and click on the “Add Learners” button in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
You can manage it anytime using the three-dot menu, which provides options to view the learner’s profile, show his/her schedule, reset the password, and archive the learner.
