Uploading assignments to the curriculum helps trainers easily add organized data like lesson plans and learner progress into their courses.
Using Assignments, your learners can upload files/zip folders to the LMS for the instructors to evaluate and give marks/feedback.

Prerequisite
Before proceeding, please read the βHow to Add Curriculumβ document. It provides the necessary steps for setting up your course structure, which is required before adding the assignments to the curriculum.Add Assignments
Uploading spreadsheets to the curriculum makes it easy for trainers to add and organize important information like grades and lesson plans quickly. This saves time, reduces errors, and helps both trainers and learners stay organized throughout the course.
Carefully follow the instructions below to learn how you can efficiently add assignments to the curriculum.
Step 1: After adding curriculum to your course on the βCourseβ section, click the β+ Add Materialβ button, select the "Assignment" icon, and click on the βContinueβ button.

Step 2: While adding an assignment, you'll need to fill in important details as illustrated in the table below. Then, click on the βSave and Continueβ button.

Assignment Name | Enter the name of the assignment. | Mandatory |
Maximum Marks | Specify the maximum marks for the assignment. | Mandatory |
Passing Percentage | Specify the percentage required to pass the assignment. | Optional |
Result Declaration | Select when results should be declared (e.g., immediately on submission). | Optional |
Upload Assignment File | Upload a file (supports PDF, DOC, and ZIP formats, max file size: 100 MB). | Optional |
Maximum Attempts | Select the number of attempts allowed for the assignment (e.g., Unlimited). | Optional |
Make this a prerequisite | Select the checkbox to make completing this assignment mandatory before moving to subsequent lessons. | Optional |
General Instruction | Provide instructions or details about the assignment. | Optional |

Step 3: After entering the assignment details, click on the βCreate and Continueβ button.

Step 4: Once you've added assignments to your curriculum, it's ready for use. You can manage it anytime using the three-dot menu, which provides options to preview, edit details, publish/unpublish, enable a free preview, set prerequisites, download, or delete the Assignment.
