How to Register & Enroll New Learners?

Enrolling new learning in your organization’s learning platform helps the educator manage adding new learners. This section makes enrolling learners in their courses easy and ensures they have access to everything they need. By using this section, you can keep track of learner details, ensure smooth registration, and keep everything organized for a better learning experience.


Fundamentally, there are 3 different ways through which you can add learners in your organization’s learning platform: 


1. Learner Registration

2. Bulk Enrollment

3. Single Enrollment


Through this documentation, we will guide you through all the different ways you can enroll new learners in the learning platform.

WarningLearner registration is the process of creating a learner’s profile on the platform by adding their basic details. It adds them to your user list but doesn’t give them course access yet.
Learner enrolment assigns a registered learner to a specific course or batch, giving them access to content, classes, and assessments. Registration adds the user; enrolment activates their learning.

Navigation to Enrollment

The Learner Enrollment section helps you see who has joined your course and lets you add new learners. By going to this section, you can check current enrollments, make changes if needed, and keep everything up to date. It's an easy way to manage who is learning with you.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently navigate to the Enrollment section in your organization’s learning platform.


Click on the “Users” dropdown to unwrap it, then click on the “New Enrollment” option.



Learner Registration

Learner registration is an important process on any online learning platform. It helps the editor to register/add the learner in the learning platform. It also allows learners to enroll in the courses they want. After registering the learners, educators can track their progress, send personalized learning suggestions, and organize their course details.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently add and enroll learners manually or Import in Bulk with CSVs into the course.


Select the mode of importing the learners’ details from the “Upload File” and “Enter Details Manually” selection modes.


Method 1: Upload a CSV (.csv) File

Uploading a CSV (.csv) file helps you quickly enroll many learners at once on the platform. This method saves time and makes the enrollment process easier, especially when you have a large number of learners.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently enroll learners into the course by uploading a CSV (.csv) file.


Step 1: Click on the Bulk Enrollment - Upload CSV File Section.



Step 2: Click on the “Register Learners” button.



Step 3: After clicking on the “Register Learners” button, a success message will appear at the top of the screen.



Note: You can click on the “Download Sample File” button to download a sample file and make changes in it to fill in the learners’ details. Then, it is ready to be uploaded while you are enrolling multiple learners in bulk.

Method 2: Enter Details Manually

Manually entering learner details is a way to add learners individually to the platform. This is helpful when you don’t need to upload a large number of learners or when you want to add specific details directly. It ensures that each learner’s information is entered correctly, making sure their records are accurate and up to date.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently enroll learners into the course by uploading a CSV (.csv) file.


Step 1: Enter the learner’s basic details and click on the “Register Learners” button.



Step 2: After clicking on the “Register Learners” button, a success message will appear at the top of the screen.



Note: You can click on the “Add Another Learner” link to add another learner’s details and follow the 1st and 2nd steps again.


Bulk Enrollment

Bulk enrollment allows the educator to enroll several learners in courses at once. This is especially helpful when you have a large group of learners to manage. With bulk enrollment, educators can ensure all learners get access to their courses quickly and efficiently.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently add and enroll learners manually or Import in Bulk with CSVs into the course.


Fill in all the fields, upload a CSV file with the learners’ details, and click on the “Add Learners” button.

Displays the breakdown of fees, including GST, special fees, discounts, and the total amount.

Click this button to add the learners once the details are filled in.

Single Enrollment

Single enrollment lets the educator enroll an individual learner in the course manually. This method is helpful when you need to register a single learner quickly. This process is easy & fast, perfect for when you want to quickly register a learner without the need for large data uploads.


Carefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to efficiently add and enroll learners manually or Import in Bulk with CSVs into the course.


Step 1: Fill in all the fields and click on the “Proceed” button.



Step 2: Enter another set of fields that appear below the “Proceed” button..



Step 3: Add the payment details at the end of the page, then click on the “Enroll Learner” button.



Step 4: Fill in all the fields and click on the “Enroll Learners” button.
