Utility Wallet in Edmingle: Manage Notification Credits & Usage

What are Utility Wallets & how to manage them?

The Utility Wallet in Edmingle allows you to seamlessly monitor, control, and recharge credits for chargeable notifications such as SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Push campaigns. By managing the wallet effectively, you can track real-time usage, view detailed logs, and ensure that important communications with learners are never interrupted. This feature gives you complete transparency over costs while helping you plan and allocate credits based on your institution’s communication needs.

InfoThrough this documentation, we will guide you on how you can manage your social media and policies in website and app setup

Let’s get started 🚀

Why This Change?

As your training operations grow, the demand for reliable communication across channels—SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and Push—increases. These channels involve variable costs, especially at scale.

Previously, Edmingle covered all notification costs. To ensure long-term sustainability and enable advanced features like Campaigns and Workflows, we’re moving to a usage-based model, while keeping essential learner-triggered notifications free.

This model ensures:

  • Fairness: Pay only for what you use.

  • Control: Monitor and manage spend in real time.

  • Flexibility: Choose the channels and campaigns that matter most.

  • Low wallet balance? You’ll get email reminders.

  • Real-time alerts on the dashboard if wallet is running low.

AlertImportant: Keep Your Wallet Funded
