Promotional banners are a great way to highlight offers, announcements, or updates directly within your LMS. They help you grab learners’ attention instantly and encourage engagement with your courses or campaigns. By creating and customising promotional banners, you can effectively communicate key messages in a visually appealing format. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to create and manage promotional banners with ease.
Let’s get started 🚀
To access the Promotional Banner in the LMS, Go to Marketing and click on Promotional Banner.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Add Banner’ button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Choose the branch where you want your promotional banner to be displayed. This ensures the banner is shown only to the relevant audience within the selected branch.
Step 3: While creating a promotional banner, you can upload a thumbnail image to make it visually appealing.
Step 4: You can give the name for the banner. This name will not appear on the student app or dashboard. This is purely for admin side reference.
Step 5: You can include a Call-to-Action (CTA) URL in your promotional banner. This allows learners to directly navigate to a specific page (such as a course, registration form, or external website) when they click on the banner, driving better engagement and conversions.
Step 6: You can select a category to ensure it is shown only to the relevant audience. You can mark the banner inactive by clicking on the toggle.
Click on the “Reorder Banners” option located at the top-right corner of your screen. This allows you to arrange the sequence of your promotional banners based on priority or preference, ensuring the most important banners are displayed first.
You can drag and drop the banners to change their order as per your preference. Simply click on the drag handle beside each banner name and move it up or down to reorder.
Learners will see the promotional banner displayed at the top of their dashboard. When they click on the banner, they will be redirected to the CTA URL you specified while creating the banner.
