Campaigns is a native tool inside Edmingle that lets you run multi-channel outreach—WhatsApp, Email, SMS & Push—using learner data and filters. No need for extra CRMs, marketing tools, or imports.
Audience – Choose who to send to.
Build & Test – Add your message, select template, test, and go
Step 1: Enter Basic Campaign Details
Go to Marketing → Campaigns
Click Create New Campaign
Enter a Campaign Name (e.g., New Webinar Alert)
Select the channel of your preference (you can combine it with others like Email/SMS if needed)
Choose Delivery Time:
Immediately
Or schedule for a Specific Time
Push campaigns support all learner targeting options:
Select Learners Manually – Search and filter by name or email
Select a Segment—Choose from existing event-based or course-based groups
Upload CSV – Bulk upload learner list with phone numbers/emails
Step 3: Build & Test Your Campaign
In Step 3 – Build & Test, click on Select Template or create a new one.
To create a new push template:
Click Create Template
Fill in:
Template Name (for internal reference)
Notification Title (what appears bold in the push notification)
Template Body – Message text (can include placeholders like {{institution_name}})
Click Save and Continue
A live preview will show how the message will appear on a mobile device.
Add a test mobile number and click Test to send a sample push
Once everything looks good, click Go Live
Confirm submission from the popup
See status (e.g., Draft, Upcoming, Sent)
Track delivery and open rates
Download detailed recipient-level reports
