Editing a notification template allows you to customize the messages your learners receive, ensuring they align with your brand’s voice and communication style. Whether it’s for emails, SMS, whatsapp or in-app alerts, tailoring these templates helps you deliver clear, consistent, and engaging updates. By editing templates, you can personalize notifications with dynamic fields like learner name, course details, or deadlines making every message more relevant and impactful.

To access the Promotional Template in the LMS, navigate to the “Marketing” section and select “Promotional Template” from the left hand side of your menu bar.

3) WhatsApp: Please refer to the support document for detailed instructions on creating a promotional account.
4) Push: Promotional account not required for push notifications.
How to add a new template
Steps to Create a Promotional Email Template
Step 1: Click on the “Add Template” button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Enter the Integration Name that you had created earlier in your promotional account for email.
Step 3: Provide a Template Name and specify the CC and BCC recipients for your emails.
Step 4: Add an Email Subject and draft the Body Content of your email. You can also insert placeholders to personalize your communication.
Step 5: If you wish to include an unsubscribe link, simply enable it by selecting the checkbox labeled “Add Unsubscribe Link.”
Step 6: Click on Save and continue.
Steps to Create a Promotional SMS Template
Step 1: Click on the “Add Template” button located at the top-right corner of the screen (same process as creating an email template).
Step 2: Enter a Name for your template.
Step 3: Provide the Integration Name that you had created earlier in your promotional account for SMS.
Step 4: Add the DLT Template ID.
A DLT Template ID is obtained after successfully registering and receiving approval for a content template on the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform.
Step 5: Enter the SMS Content in the template editor and then click on Save and Continue to finalize your template.
Steps to Create a Promotional WhatsApp Template
Step 1: Click on the “Add Template” button located at the top-right corner of the screen (same process as creating an email template).
Step 2: Enter a Name for your template.
Step 3: Add an External Template Name/ Template ID. You will have to add the same as entered in the Ai Sensy.
Step 4: Select the Language of your message and select the WhatsApp Integration created earlier in your promotional account for whatsapp.
Step 5: Select placeholders or enter the values you would like to use corresponding to the placeholders in Meta template
Step 6: If you wish to add any CTA to your template you can do it by clicking on “Add New CTA” and then click on Save and Continue.
Steps to Create a Promotional PUSH Template
Step 1: Click on the “Add Template” button located at the top-right corner of the screen (same process as creating an email template).
Step 2: Enter a Name, Notification Title and Template Body for your template.
Step 3: Once it is done, click on Save and Continue.
