How to manage your brand settings from the platform

Managing your brand settings from the platform allows you to create a consistent and professional identity across your website and mobile app. From uploading your logo and customizing colors to setting up your favicon and other visual elements, these configurations help you align the platform with your brand’s personality. By tailoring these settings, you ensure learners instantly recognize and connect with your institution, building trust and delivering a cohesive experience at every touchpoint.

Navigation

To access the Brand Settings in Website and App Setup in LMS, Go to Settings and click Website and App Setup and click on Brand Settings.

AlertCarefully follow the instructions below that will guide you on how to navigate to the “Website and App Setup” section in your organization’s learning platform.

Brand Settings

The Brand Settings section allows you to customize your platform’s visual identity so that learners instantly recognize your brand. You can upload your logo, set a favicon, and apply your brand color to create a consistent and professional look across your website and learner dashboard.

1. Brand Logo

  • Upload your institution’s logo to be displayed on the website and app.

  • The maximum file size supported is 2MB.

  • Recommended dimensions: 16×16 pixels or 32×32 pixels.

2. Favicon

  • Add a favicon (the small icon displayed on browser tabs) for your platform.

  • The maximum file size supported is 2MB.

  • Recommended dimensions: 16×16 pixels or 32×32 pixels.

3. Brand Colour

  • Set your brand’s primary color to match your identity.

  • This color will only reflect on the learner’s portal.

  • Option available: Use brand colour for learner dashboard

    • When enabled, the learner’s dashboard theme will switch from the default color to your chosen brand color.

  • You can also reset to default if needed.

4. Save Changes

Once all branding updates are configured, click Save Changes to apply them across your website and learner dashboard.
