Before proceeding, please make sure to read the β€œHow to Add Curriculum” document. It provides the necessary steps for setting up your course structure, which is required before adding the Images to the curriculum.

Uploading Images

Adding images and YouTube videos to your curriculum makes learning more engaging and easier to understand. Images help explain ideas visually, while videos provide real-life examples that support different learning styles. Together, they create a richer and more effective learning experience.

Carefully follow the instructions below to learn how you can efficiently upload a PDF in the curriculum.


Step 1: After adding curriculum to your course in the β€œCourse” section, click on the β€œ+ Add Material” button, select the β€œImage” icon, and click on the β€œContinue” button.



Step 2: While uploading a video, you'll need to fill in important details as illustrated in the table below. Then click the "Add Material" button.

Mandatory/Optional

Material Name

A required field to input the name of the Images (up to 100 characters).

Add Description

An optional field to provide additional details about the Images.

Upload File

Allows uploading an image file in .jpg, .png, or .gif format (max size: 100MB).

Maximum Views

A dropdown menu to set the number of times the Images can be viewed (e.g., Unlimited).

Make this a Prerequisite

A checkbox to mark the Images as mandatory for users.

Optional

Enable Download

A checkbox to allow users to download the uploaded Images.

Allow Access On

Options to specify where the Images can be accessed: Both (web and app) or App only.

β€œAdd Material” Button

A button to finalize and save the uploaded Images along with its settings.

A button to return to the previous screen without saving changes.

Step 3: Once you've uploaded images to your curriculum, it's ready for use. You can manage it anytime using the three-dot menu, which provides options to preview, edit details, publish/unpublish, enable a free preview, set prerequisites, download, or delete the material.
