How to Create Email Campaigns?

Step 0: Activate Edmingle Mail Integration
Before creating your first email campaign, follow these steps to activate the Edmingle Mail channel:
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Emails
    Settings-> Integrations
  2. Click on Manage under Edmingle Mail
  3. On the configuration screen:
    • Create a new "Promotional Account." 
    • Enter your Domain Name (e.g., createteachgrow.com)
    • Add a Subdomain (e.g., mail)
    • Enter the From Email ID (e.g., support@mail.createteachgrow.com)
  4. Click

  5. Follow the instructions on the next screen to add the required DNS records (DKIM, SPF, and MX) to your domain registrar. 
  6. Once verified (usually within a few hours), you’ll see a “VERIFIED – Ready to Send Emails” status
  7. Click

    Add Verification
Step 1: Fill in Basic Details
Next, you can go to Campaigns under the Marketing section on the Dashboard to create your first Email 

  • Campaign Name: Give your campaign a clear name (e.g., “Event Reminder” or “Course Completion Nudge”).

  • Select Channels: Choose Email, and please note that you must have a valid approved template ready beforehand.

  • Set Delivery Time:

    • Immediately—Send the campaign as soon as you go live.

    • Specific Time—Schedule it for a future date and time.

Step 2: Select Your Target Audience
You can choose how to target learners:

  1. Select Learners Manually: Filter and choose learners one by one based on name or email.

  2. Select a Segment: Use a saved group of learners based on course, attendance, batch, or behavior.

  3. Upload CSV: Import a list of learners via CSV.
    ⚠️ Only learners already registered (signed up or enrolled) in the LMS will be accepted.

Step 3: Build & Test the Campaign

  • Choose an existing message template or create a new one.

  • Add subject line (for Email) and message content.

  • Use placeholders like {{institution_name}} for personalization.

  • Hit Test to preview.

Click Go Live once ready.
