Publishing a course is a key step to making your content available to learners and maximizing its impact. When you publish a course, you allow learners to enroll, access materials, and start learning right away, which helps drive engagement and participation. Publishing also ensures that your course appears in the platform’s catalog, making it easy for users to discover and sign up.
By making your course live, you can collect feedback, track progress, and measure learning outcomes, all of which are essential for continuous improvement. Additionally, publishing helps your organization maintain a consistent and professional learning environment, as only reviewed and approved courses become accessible. Ultimately, publishing a course transforms your hard work into real learning opportunities.
Through this documentation, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of how you can efficiently make your course accessible to learners in your organization’s learning platform.
To access and manage how your courses are priced and published, you need to navigate to the “Pricing and Publishing” section. This section is essential for setting course fees, choosing payment options, and deciding when and how your courses become available to learners. Navigating here helps ensure your offerings are accurately priced, reach the right audience, and align with your organization’s financial and enrollment goals.
Step 1: Click on the course you want to publish or select the 'Edit' option from the dropdown by clicking on the vertical ellipsis next to the desired course.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Pricing and Publishing” tab.
Publishing to platforms lets you make training materials and courses easily accessible to all learners, no matter where they are or what time it is.
