Selecting a branch helps you organize users according to departments, teams, or locations, and helps you manage training and deliver the right content to each group. By choosing the correct branch, you ensure that users see only the courses, menus, and resources relevant to their role or department, which streamlines administration and personalizes the learning experience.
Click on the Branch Selection dropdown and select an appropriate branch.
Setting the course publishing options is an essential step to control how and when your courses become available to learners. By configuring these options, you can decide who can access each course, set pricing or enrollment rules, and ensure that only fully reviewed and approved content is published. This helps maintain quality and consistency across your training programs, and helps manage course releases, protect sensitive content.
Choose a platform (Web, Android, iOS App) where you want to publish the course.
To enable the Free Preview radio button, you need to activate this feature so learners can easily access a preview of courses before enrolling. Enabling the Free Preview option helps attract more learners by allowing them to explore course content risk-free, improving their decision-making and increasing engagement. This feature enhances transparency, builds trust, as users can evaluate the course quality upfront, leading to higher enrollment rates and better learner satisfaction.
Click on the radio button so that learners can enroll in a free preview of this course and can access course content marked as “Free Preview”.
Click on this radio button, and new enrollments for this course will be disabled from the website and mobile apps. Enrollments can only be done from the admin panel.
Click on this radio button, and the course will be shown as a featured course on the learner's portal.
