When is it going live?

InfoThis update will be available on the Web platform starting 1st October, 2025. Mobile app updates will begin rolling out from 15th October 2025.

WarningThe update will only be applicable if you are using the upgraded version of Learner interface (Edmingle 2.0).

Purpose of This Update

We’ve reimagined the learner journey inside Edmingle’s Course Player to drive better completion rates, reduce confusion, and make learning more rewarding. This is part of our ongoing mission to empower training businesses with outcome-driven technology.

Why We Made These Changes

1. Improved Learner Clarity

Learners often mistook “Subjects” for separate courses, causing confusion and drop-offs. “Modules” are now laid out clearly in order, making it easy to understand what’s next.

2. Continuous Flow

When learners complete one module, they automatically move to the next — ensuring smooth continuity.

3. Progress that Motivates

A single progress bar now reflects the full course journey. Combined with micro-celebrations at key milestones, learners feel encouraged to complete more.

4. Certifications Made Visible

When a certificate is linked to the course, learners can now see how progress leads them there — creating an extra reason to finish.

🎉 Motivational Nudges (New!)

  • Nudges appear at 25%, 50% and 75% progress points

  • Learners get subtle popups when a module is completed

  • Helps maintain momentum and course satisfaction
